Dynamic Conversions, Inc. (Dynamix)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dynamix OMS and related services operated by Dynamic Conversions, Inc. (“Dynamix”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Dynamix OMS is a backend order and sales management system designed to help e-commerce sellers manage orders, sales, and analytics across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee.

2. Eligibility

You must be a business or authorized representative of a business to use Dynamix OMS. By using the service, you represent that you have the authority to bind the business to these Terms.

3. Account Authorization

By connecting a shop or platform account to Dynamix OMS, you authorize us to access and process data from that platform solely for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:

  • Accessing data without proper authorization
  • Violating platform terms or applicable laws
  • Attempting to interfere with service security or integrity

5. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

Dynamix OMS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic Conversions, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, including in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
